7. Notes on (rechargeable) batteries

• Correctpolaritymustbeobservedwhileinsertingthe(rechargeable)batteries.

• Rechargeablebatteriesshouldberemovedfromthedeviceifitisnotusedforalong

periodoftimetoavoiddamagethroughleaking.Leakingordamaged(rechargeable)

batteries might cause acid burns when in contact with skin, Therefore use suitable

protectiveglovestohandlecorrupted(rechargeable)batteries.

• (Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave

(rechargeable)batterieslyingaround,asthereisrisk,thatchildrenorpetsswallow

them.

• All(rechargeable)batteriesshouldbereplacedatthesametime.Mixingoldandnew

(rechargeable)batteriesin thedevicecan leadto(rechargeable)battery leakage

anddevicedamage.

• (Rechargeable)batteriesmustnotbedismantled,short-circuitedorthrownintore.
