• The antenna symbol means
thereceptionhasnotsucceeded(however,thedaily
synchronizationisstillactivated).TheBARO button (2) must be held down until the
antennasymbolappearsinthedisplaytostartthesearchoftheDCFsignal.
• Ifthe receptionfailsfurtheronyou canattemptit lateratotherlocations. Place
the weather station further away from sources of interference such as mobiles,
householddevices,TVsetc.
• KeeptheBARObutton(2)presseddownuntiltheantennasymboldisappears,to
deactivatetheradiocontrolledreceptionandstopthedailysynchronization.
b) Clock, calendar, time zone
• Press the Clock/Set button (13) to choose between time and calendar.
• Followthe stepsbelowto setthe12/24 hourformat,the hoursformat,day/month
format,timezoneoset,thetimeandcalendar.
• KeeptheClock/Set button(13)pressedtoreachthetimesettingmode.
• Usethe+or-buttonstocorrecttheselectionandtheClock/Set buttontoconrm(or
skip)thesettinginthesequencebelow:

thetimedierencebetweentheradiocontrolledtimeandyourlocaltime).
The"ZONE"symbolappearsintheclockandcalendardisplaymodeifyouset
theTIMEZONEOFFSETtosomethingotherthan0.
c) Setting alarm
• Press the ALARM button (14) to display the alarm time, whereupon the "ALARM"
symbolappearsinthedisplay.
