• Openthebatterycompartmentoftheexternalsensorandinsert4AAbatteriesinto
thebatterycompartmentwiththecorrectpolarity(pleasenoteplus/+andminus/-).
Closethebatterycompartmentandtightenthescrews.
• Connect the power supply to the rear of the weather station. Open the battery
compartment and insert 3 AA batteries with the correct polarity into the battery
compartment(pleasenoteplus/+andminus/-).Closethebatterycompartment.
• The weather forecast indicator appears ashing in the display (15). Press
the + or - button to select the current weather conditions as start settings of the
weather forecast. Press the Clock/Setbutton(13)toconrmtheentry.
• Thesymbolfortheexternalsensorashesinthedisplay.Thedeviceisinsearch
mode. (If the symbol stops ashing you can keep the Search button (12) on the
weatherstationpresseddownfor3secondstostarttheRFsearch)
• Whiletheweatherstationisstillinsearchmode,gototheexternalsensorandpoint
thewindvanetothenorth.AfterwardspresstheTransmit button (19) at the base
ofthedeviceonce to send RFsignalstothe weather station for registrationand
calibration.(theLEDashesonreceipt5times).
