INSULATION
15 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Reflectix, Inc. warrants that the insulation products sold by us will meet our
product specifications and will be free from material defects in manufacture
for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects in-
clude delamination, deflation, or decomposition under normal use when in-
stalled in accordance with the instructions in Reflectix
®
installation guides.
Reflectix, Inc. does not warrant the product if installed in exterior applica-
tions or in open-sided structures.
In the event of a warranty claim, Reflectix, Inc. will, at its option, repair or re-
place the product found to be defective. Reflectix Inc. may elect to refund the
original purchase price in the event it is unable to provide replacement and
repair is not commercially practicable. Reflectix Inc. shall in no event be li-
able for general, special, incidental indirect, consequential punitive or penal
damages.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-
POSE OR MERCHANTABILITY, EXCEPT THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES
AND NONE SHALL BE IMPLIED BY LAW. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IM-
PLIED, ARE EXCLUDED WHEN THE MATERIALS ARE SOLD “AS IS.”
In order to make a claim under this warranty, the customer must contact
Reflectix, Inc. at P.O. Box 108, Markleville, Indiana 46056 or by phone, (800)
879-3645. We will recognize no claims for any cause after the products have
been treated, processed or changed in any manner. You waive all claims of
which we are not notified in writing within ten days after the end of the ap-
plicable warranty period.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
