Connecting to a TV (or VCR) with Audio/Video
(and/or S-VIDEO) Input Jacks
'It) connect your camcorder to a ['V (or VCR) with audio/video (or S Video) inputs, use
the supplied AudioiVideoiS Video cable. If your rv is already connected to a VCR,
attach the camcorder to the VCR and watch what the camcorder is recording or playing
on the TV.

1. Make sure all units are turned off before making any connections.
2. Connect the white plug of the cable to the left AUI)IO IN jack on the TV (or VCR).
/Vote: Some VCRs or YVs do not offer left and right audio jacks. For units with
one audio jack, use the cable's white plug.
3. Connect the red plug of the cable to the right AUI)IO IN jack on the TV (or VCR).
4. Connect the yellow plug to the VIDEO IN iack on the TV (or VCR).
OR: Connect the S-Video plug for video for an S-Video connection,
5. Open the jack cover on the camcorder and connect the other end of the cable to
the AV+S iack on the camcorder.
Note: Hold in the catches on the side of the plug and pull it out to remove it
from the camcorde_ Do not pull on the cable without holding in the catches.
