Detach the other handlebar from the T-bar and

pull end cap out of the handlebar. If necessary,

use a ﬂat head screwdriver to loosen end cap.

Feed the other end the elastic cord through the

T-bar. Slide the other end cap onto the other end of

the elastic cord and tie a double knot at the end of

the cord. Set end cap into the end of the handlebar.

Insert one end of the elastic cord into one of the

handlebars. Slide end cap onto the cord and tie

a double knot at the end of the cord. Set end cap

into the end of the handlebar.

NOTE: Make sure BOTH

handlebars are properly

locked onto the T-Bar

Using a ﬂat head screwdriver, carefully detach one

of the end caps from the handlebar.

Gently pull the end cap away from the handle-

bar; untie the knot at the end of the elastic cord

and remove end cap.

Tools Required: Flathead screwdriver (Not included)
