Power Button
The DashCam’s power button also serves as the camera button when
the DashCam is powered on.
1. A short press takes an image.
2. A long press turns the DashCam off.
3. A short press when the camera is off turns the DashCam on.
Wi-Fi
®
The DashCam 500 uses Wi-Fi to communicate with the companion
app. When Wi-Fi is on, the Wi-Fi icon appears in the dynamic icons
at the bottom of the Home screen.
Press the Wi-Fi button to turn it off.
Press again to turn it on. When you turn Wi-Fi back on, the Wi-Fi
Information screen displays. This screen contains the Wi-Fi network
name and password.
Press Back to return to the Home screen.
