ACTIVATING AND ATTACHING TAGS
You activate a tag, or make the tag ready for first use, as follows:
To activate and attach a tag
Step 1 Thread a standard hospital band no greater than 3/4” wide down through one slot, across the bottom of
the tag, and back up through the other slot as shown.
