COMBI plug-in connection solutions
The standardized bridge system enables
up to 50 terminal blocks to be connected
with one bridge in an efficient manner
suited to the application. A jumping bridge
can be created by removing individual forks.
A test plug with a 2.3mm diameter is
available for measuring lines. All
measurement and test work can be
completed at speed using test adapters for
4mm diameter test plugs and the modular
test plugs.
Connectors with different conductor
output directions (to the side or upwards)
allow for practical, efficient wiring. This
results in great flexibility as required in
various areas of application.
The simple and individual coding option
increases wiring reliability and also protects
against incorrect connecting. To do this, the
pin must be released from the connector,
turned and inserted in the basic terminal
block.
Snap-on strain relief is available if required
to relieve the strain on cables at the
connectors. Latching is also available and
can be used to permanently fix connectors
to basic terminal blocks.
The cable housings are used for robust
strain relief. These housings are split in two,
making them easy to fit and safe to latch
onto the COMBI connectors provided.
Bend protection sleeves and shield
connections are available as accessories.
Panel feed-throughs can be produced
efficiently by simply snapping the SSL panel
feed-through onto the standard coupling.
The panel feed-through is slid into the cut-
out and automatically latches into place.
A coupling version which can be fitted on
rails offers a solution for applications with a
low build height. The integrated duo foot
allows for mounting on both NS15 and
NS35 DIN rails.
The COMBI base strip is a modular PCB
connection. Universal plug-in solutions
from the DIN rail through to the device can
therefore be implemented with the same
connector.
