5 Factory reset the headset If you encounter any pairing or connection issue, you can follow the following procedure to factory reset your headset. 1 On your Bluetooth device, go to the Bluetooth menu and remove Philips SHB2515 from the device list. 2 Tum off the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth device. 3 Put both headset back to charging case.
