Product Description:

Crushed pellets of green dyed cellulose fibers from shredded waste paper sources in combination with

proprietary binder.

General:

No direct hazardous components are known. Routes of entry into the body include skin contact, inhalation, and eye

contact.

Overview: Possible nuisance dust may be present with application of this product.

Potential Health Effects:

Eye Exposure:

Direct contact with the eye may cause irritation and erythema of the eyes.

Skin Exposure:

Contact with skin may cause irritation and erythema of the skin.

Ingestion:

No reports of human ingestion.

Inhalation:

Cellulose dust may cause sneezing, irritation, and dryness of the nose and throat. Dust may

aggravate pre-existing respiratory conditions.

Penkoted Seed: Health Hazards

There would be minimal health hazards associated with the use of Penkoted seed as the only hazardous material used in Penkote

is Apron (Mefenoxam) The amount of Apron put on the seed is ½ ounce per 100 pounds of seed. Apron is 33.3% Mefenoxam.

The exposed eyes should be washed immediately with large amounts of water, occasionally lifting upper and lower lids, for at least 30 minutes until no evidence of chemical remains. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
