1. Do not weigh on carpet.

2. Use the scale on a at and level surface.

3. Stand on the scale with both feet placed evenly and

center your weight between them. Leaning forwards or

backwards can aect accuracy.

4. This scale does not require lubrication of the internal

parts.

5. Make sure the scale reads zero before weighing. Use

the zero adjustment dial on the front of the scale to

return the scale to zero.

6. Don’t use harsh chemicals to clean your scale. Instead,

use a cloth and warm water.
