Troubleshooting guide
Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt about some of the check points, or if the
remedies indicated in the chart do not solve the problem, consult your dealer for instructions.
Symptom Checkpoints
Battery
Cannot use a battery that can
still be used on other equipment.
• The unit considers the battery to be empty at the point when the battery level
becomes low.
Operations
The unit does not start. • Make sure the battery is correctly inserted. Remove the battery completely
and then insert it back into the unit again. Also try replacing the battery with a
new one.
• The hold function is on. Switch the function off. (
