INGREDIENTS
• 2 oranges
• 150g gluten free self raising flour
• 100g butter
• 100g cater sugar
• 2 medium eggs
• 100g chocolate chips

METHOD
1. Slice 1 of the oranges into rings and arrange in
the base of the pudding basin.
2. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, add the softened
butter, sugar, eggs and grated rind and juice
from the other orange. Beat well until thoroughly
mixed.
3. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chunks.
4. Spoon the mixture into the basin. Smooth over
and cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 5 mins or
until a skewer comes out clean.
5. Serve with Mars® bar sauce. . Place Mars®
bars into bowl and heat on HIGH MICROWAVE
for 1-2 mins stirring frequently until melted and
smooth.
