Non-linear editing
• This is a method to import (record) video or audio data
into the hard disk of the personal computer. This is
called Non-linear editing because linear recording
media such as video tapes are not used for import.
Rendering

mix in a clip and organise them into 1 video clip. This
process is called rendering.
SBG files
These are sample audio files which can be used as
background music with MotionSD STUDIO.
SEQ file
This is a file where you can save the editing
information of MotionSD STUDIO, and its extension is
[.seq]. You can access the saved editing information
at any time.
Time code

minutes, seconds, and frames (1 second conforms to
about 25 frames <30 frames for the NTSC system>).
The origin of the time code is 00:00:00:00, and the
time code cannot be reset, which enables you to know
the absolute position of any video.
TTE file
This is a file where you can save the title information
of the title editor, and its extension is [.tte]. If you save
a file as the TTE file, you can re-edit the title with it.

personal computers and peripheral devices.
