NOTES IMPORTANTES :
1. Utilisez les outils à mains seulement pour l’assemblage comme les outils lourds

2. Enlevez soigneusement n’importe quelles agrafes utilisées pour l’emballage.
WARNING
1. Do not use this product unless all screws and bolts are securely
tightened.
2. Check that all screws and bolts are tight every three months or as
needed.
3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover as
head covering. It may cause suffocation.
4. Do not use this product as a stepladder.
5. Use this product for its intended purpose only.
6. Intended for residential use only.
OSP DESIGNS LIMITED WARRANTY
OSP Designs Warrants, to the original purchaser its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Defects and damage
from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of OSP Designs is not covered.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user
assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
To make a warranty claim, contact Parts Department. Provide model number, proof of purchase, description of the problem and obtain return authorization.
At it’s option Office Star Products will:
(a) Supply compatible components of current manufacture.
(b) Repair the customer’s component. The customer must prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight on components
still in warranty will be paid by Office Star Products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight on components covered by warranty

Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when parts are damaged or missing. Our

Enlever toutes les pièces du carton, les organiser selon les numéros de pièce indiqués sur la liste et vérifier les quantités des pièces.
ÉTAPE 1 Pliez Fixer les Barres de support (3) au cadre supérieur (1) à l’aide d’une vis (8) pour chaque Barre de support (3). NE PAS SERRER
ENTIÈREMENT LES VIS.
ÉTAPE 2 Fixer les Barres de support (3) au cadre inférieur (2) à l’aide de deux vis (8) pour chaque Barre de support (3). APPLIQUER UNE
FORTE PRESSION POUR ALIGNER LES PIÈCES ET SERRER ENTIÈREMENT TOUTES LES VIS AU MOYEN DE LA
CLÉ ALLEN (10).
ÉTAPE 3 Visser une roulette (6) en bas de chaque Barre de support (3), SERRER ENTIÈREMENT LES ROULETTES (6) AU MOYEN DE
LA CLÉ (9). Attacher quatre supports en verre (7) au la cadre supérieur (1) et cadre inférieur (2). Placer avec précaution la grande étagère en verre (5) sur
le cadre supérieur (1) et la petite étagère en verre (4) sur le cadre inférieur (2).
ATTENTION: S'ASSURER QUE TOUTES LES VIS ET ROULETTES SONT BIEN SERRÉS AVANT D'UTILISER.
