Direct inward dial operation

Incoming calls

An incoming call from the CO places a low-resistance loop across the

tip and ring leads. See Figure 155 "DID trunk, loop DR call states -

incoming call from CO" (page 533) and Figure 156 "DID trunk, loop DR call

connection sequence - incoming call from CO" (page 534).
