To give you an overview of the Barstool parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Step 1 Unpack and place all parts on a clean, non-marring surface.
Step 2 B 1 6 A Attach Backrest Panel (B) to the Seat Panel (A) as arrow in pictured above. Secure Backrest Panel (B) to the Seat Panel (A) by using Short Screw (①) and Allen Key (⑥) at two sides. Note: Place backrest (B) from inside of Seat Panel (A) then adjust to fix the housing Do not fully tighten the Screws Step 3 3.1 6 3.2 3 5 4 6 D 2 A Tenon A B With assistance from your adult partners, turn pre-assemble part in Step 2 to lay on its side 3.
Step 4 6 6 6 1 D 1 1 F 4.1 4.2 E Prefixed Wooden Dowel 4.1) Attach Leg Support Bar (F) to the Right Leg Panel (D) by using Short Screw (①) and Allen Key(⑥) 4.2) Attach Pre-fixed Wooden Dowel of Footrest (E) to the Right Leg Panel (D) as pictured above and secure by using Short Screw (①) and Allen Key(⑥).
Step 6 If wobble Test again 30cm-50cm Place the Barstool right side up on a LEVEL SURFACE to see if it wobbles. If it wobbles, lift the Barstool some 30cm to 50cm height from the ground. Keep your feet and toes well away from the drop zone. Drop the Barstool freely and vertically with all four legs, hitting the ground at the same time. This Drop Test will help to ensure that all the Bolts, Screws and gaps reach full alignment status. Test again for evenness on a LEVEL SURFACE.
