Dear Home Depot Team:
Nambe hereby represents, warrants, and covenants that (a) it shall comply with
all laws, rules, regulations and ordinances applicable to its products; (b) its products shall
be free from manufacturing defects and materials for 30 days from the date of sale; and
(c) its products will not be manufactured or assembled by forced, prison or child (defined
as age 16 and under) labor. Provided, that any warranty claim must be in writing and
delivered to Nambe and not include any claim for lost profits.
