Using Your Portable Speaker Charging Your Portable Speaker When to Charge First-Time Use—Before you can use your portable speaker, charge its self contained battery for two hours. Recharging—When you hear five rapid high tones through the portable speaker, repeated at 20-second intervals, the speaker battery needs recharging. Over time, batteries gradually wear down and require longer charging times. This is normal.
Using Your Portable Speaker How to Charge Note: You can use either a Motorola Original Wall Charger or Motorola Original Vehicle Power Adapter to charge the speaker. Step 1 Plug the Motorola charger into the speaker, with the charger’s release tab facing up, and the speaker facing up. Release Tab 2 Plug the other end of the charger into an electrical outlet. During charging, the mute button indicator turns on and remains on until charging is complete. The speaker will function while charging.

Step 1 Insert the portable speaker into the carry case. 2 Use the belt clip to wear the unit on your belt or other convenient location. On a lanyard Step 1 Place a lanyard around the lanyard loop on the top of the unit. 2 Loop the lanyard around your neck. 3 The microphone should be pointed toward your mouth.
Using Your Portable Speaker Turning the Portable Speaker On and Off Action Press the volume button to turn the portable speaker on.
