I N S TA N T WA L L Instant Wall panels come in two sizes: a 12" wide panel that will make up the majority of your Instant wall, and a 14" wide panel that is only used with Mobile Toolboxes. A x8 Step 1 Pair off Instant Wall panels of the same size. Bolt them together with a stiffener on both sides of the joint. Keep the tops of the panels flush when tightening the bolts. Step 2 Insert cage nuts in the back of each panel section.
ANCHOR BRACKETS Optional adjustable anchor brackets are provided for securing the Select Instant Wall to a wall for added stability. Anchor brackets can be adjusted, up to 10" long, to accomodate stem walls and other obstructions that prevent your cabinets from sitting flush against the wall. Step 1 Each bracket comes with a pre-formed offset end which fits inside the Instant Wall channel. Bend trim the other end to the desired length up to 4". Trim if necessary.
I N S TA L L I N G Y O U R C A B I N E T S Step 1 Put the first cabinet in place. Loosen the toe kick bolts to adjust the gap between the toe kick and cabinet sides and insert shims as necessary for leveling. We recommend that you level each cabinet as you go but only tightening the toe kick bolts after all the cabinets have been installed. Attach the cabinet to the Instant Walls with 1/4-20 bolts, or to your own walls with appropriate mounting hardware (not provided by Moduline).
COUNTERTOP BRACE D Step 1 Attach Countertop Brace to adjacent bases and/or toolboxes. D Step 2 If adjacent to a closet, use the Countertop Brace as a template to drill mounting holes in the Closet side. Make sure the Countertop Brace is level when drilling or marking holes.

Step 5 Tighten the bolts with the Countertop Brace level and flush with the tops of the adjacent cabinets. 3 Step 6 Drill holes in the Countertop Brace for wall mounting. Pre-punched holes are provided but you may need to drill your own to hit studs. Step 7 Secure the Countertop Brace to the wall with appropriate hardware (not Rev B | 10/9/18 provided). Wall-mounting screws shown for reference only.
COUNTERTOP Step 1 Apply double-sided tape to the tops of the base cabinets, toolboxes and countertop braces. Make sure to apply the tape across the entire front edge of the cabinets. DO NOT REMOVE THE TAPE BACKING Step 2 Before you remove the backing from the tape, test fit your countertops to make sure they fit correctly. Step 3 Remove the backing from the tape and thoroughly spray it with window cleaner. This allows you to adjust the countertop before it sets permanently.
