The Sloped Ceiling Kit is perfect for smart fan applications with steeper,
sloped ceilings and is compatible with all Modern Forms downrod fans.
Its durable, weather-resistant galvanized steel construction is suitable for
both indoor and outdoor use.
Construction: Weather-resistant galvanized steel, die-cast zinc
Mounting: Installs over a 3/0-4/0 or 4” fan rated ceiling junction box
FEATURES
• Accommodates sloped ceilings up to 45° or 12/12 pitch
• Compatible with downrod fans, does not include downrod
• Includes hardware
• Suitable for Wet Location
