General problems with the washing machine
Problem Cause and remedy
At the end of the pro‐
gramme there is still liq‐
uid in the capsule.
The small pipe in the detergent dispenser drawer onto
which the capsule is placed is blocked.
Clean the small pipe.
This is not a fault.
For technical reasons a small amount of water will re‐
main in the capsule.
There is water next to
the capsule in the fabric
conditioner compart‐
ment.
The Cap sensor was not activated or an empty
capsule was not removed at the end of the last pro‐
gramme.
Make sure that you remember to activate the Cap
sensor the next time you insert a capsule.
Remove and then dispose of the empty capsule at
the end of each programme.

The display is in a dif‐
ferent language.
A different language has been selected in "Settings,
Language ".
Set the language you want. The flag symbol will
guide you.
The display is dark. The display has switched off automatically to save
energy (Standby mode).
Press a button. Standby comes to an end.
Steam comes out of the
detergent dispenser
drawer while steam is
being generated.
This is not a fault.
Steam may emerge from the detergent dispenser
drawer, depending on the amount of laundry and the
ambient temperature.
Noises while steam is
being generated.
This is not a fault.
These noises occur when steam is being generated
and when steam is being injected into the drum.
