Electric Power Cart Instruction Manual WARNING: Read carefully and understand all INSTRUCTIONS before operating. Do not use your power cart while barefoot or wearing open sandals. 3.
OPERATION ON SLOPS WARNINGS 1. Do not cross on slopes. Be sure to decrease speed and exercise caution. 2. Exercise caution when starting or stopping the machine on slopes. 3. As the loads become less stable on slopes, firmly secure the loads with ropes 4. As the machine becomes unstable depending on the condition of the road, keep the load to a minimum 5. As the view is obscured on slopes, keep the height of the load to a minimum 6. Never park the machine on steep slopes.
ASSEMBLY- Wheel 1. Unpack the carton and take everything out. Move the cart base and wheels aside for assembly first 2. Align the wheel (1) groove with the motor drive axle(2) groove, assemble the wheel on and put the flat key(3) entirely into the key groove. Tighten the wheel by nut(4) and lock by Cotter Pin(5) 3. Assemble another wheel (6) in the same way. (See Figure 1) Figure 1 4. Align the swivel wheel (7) bracket holes with the welded bolt (9), assemble it on and tighten by Flange nut (8).
ASSEMBLY- Main Handle 1. Place the main handle of bottom part (1) into the base frame (2), fixed by Flange bolt (3) & Flange Nut(4) 2. Insert the main handle of top part (5) into bottom part (1) tube, fixed by Flange bolt (6) and nut(4). 3. Secure the wire by bellows clip (7) and binding (8), the main handle assembly finished. ASSEMBLY- Frame ASSEMBLY MAIN HANDLE 1. Use two M8 * 40 bolts (1) and two M8 nuts (4) to fix the handle (2) on the lifting handle (3). Figure 5 ASSEMBLY TRAY COMPONET 1. Use 4 M8 * 40 bolts (4) and 4 M8 nuts (3) to fix the bracket assembly (1) on the lifting handle (2).
OPERATION 1. Turn on the power switch (B). (See figure 9) Figure 9 2. Press the start switch (C) on the right handle, then the battery indicator (D) will light up with all 3 LED lights and machine is ready for working. Press and hold the Switch trigger (E) to start working. By pressing less or more to control the moving speed. Figure 10 3. Use the direction button (F) on the left handle for forward and reverse.

TROUBLESHOOTING Problem(s) The power cart does not run. Possible Cause Battery is not charged The wire is loose The power cart runs sluggishly The controller is damaged Battery volume is low The battery is old and does not accept full charge The conditions are too stressful for your power cart Corrective Action Charge the battery pack according to the instructions included with you model. Check all the connectors and to see if any part is loose or not.
