Deactivate the Patch
Remove the Patch
• After the Reservoir Patch is deactivated, retract the needle with our release tool.
• Gently remove the entire Patch Pump. Use a medical adhesive remover or baby oil if necessary.
• Hold the both ends of the Pump Base and pull up the Pump Base to remove it from the old Reservoir Patch.
• Discard the old Reservoir Patch according to your local waste disposal regulations. Do NOT discard your Pump
Base. It is reusable.

Menu➔ Patch➔ Deactivate Patch

Warning: Once the Patch is removed from the skin, do not attempt to press the needle button again. Doing so will
result in injury.
