Alternate External Inter rupt 0, Input (EIE1.0) E X0 = 1
The JTAG is the defaulted interface and this
port p in is configured as an output and is
ready for JTAG interface after a reset. When
this pin is used as an external inter rupt, the
test serial data output function on this pin is
disab led. This p in is normally weak ly pulled
up to DVDDIO unless the JTAG interface is
in Shift-DR or Shift-IR states w here it is
actively putting out data.
