MAINTAIN FOR PERFORMANCE q DO NOT FIRE THE NAILER WHEN IT IS EMPTY w USE A 3-PIECE AIRSET Failure to use a 3-piece airset allows the moisture and dirt inside compressor to pass into the tool directly. This causes rust and wear, and results in a poor operating performance. The hose length between airset and tool should be no longer than 5 m since a longer length results in a reduction in air pressure. e USE RECOMMENDED OIL The velocite or turbine oil should be used to lubricate the tool.

REGLAGE DE LA PROFONDEUR D’INSERTION AVERTISSEMENT: TOUJOURS déconnecter l’alimentation d’air avant d’effectuer le réglage. Disque de réglage Le réglage de la profondeur d’insertion s’effectue en réglant le barre de contact “B”. q Avec la pression d’air réglée, enfoncer quelques clous dans un échantillon de matériau typique pour déterminer si le réglage est nécessaire. ENLEVEMENT DES CLOUS BLOQUES AVERTISSEMENT: TOUJOURS débrancher l’alimentation en air avant d’enlever les clous bloqués. Mettre la goupille de verrou de la porte dans un trou de boulon. e Enlever les clous qui sont bloqués à l’intérieur du nez en utilisant un poinçon ou tournevis encoché. r Après enlèvement des clous, fermer la porte et s’assurer que la goupille a été bien adaptée dans le support de la goupille.

ENTRETIEN q NE PAS FAIRE FONCTIONNER LA CLOUEUSE LORSQU’ELLE EST VIDE w UTILISER UN ENSEMBLE DE REGULATION Le fait de ne pas utiliser un ensemble de régulation, permet l’entrée de l’humidité et l’encrassement à l’intérieur du compresseur qui passe directement dans la cloueuse. Grapar hacia atrás es peligroso ya que se puede resbalar. Asegurar la manguera cerca de la zona donde se va a grapar. Accidentes pueden resultar debido a que la manguera se enganche. 19.

CÓMO QUITAR LOS CLAVOS ATASCADOS ATENCIÓN: SIEMPRE desconectar la alimentación de aire antes de quitar los clavos atascados. Perno Perno del cierre q Remover los clavos del interior del compartimiento. w Abrir la puerta. Poner el perno de cierre de la puerta en un agujero de perno. e Quitar los clavos atascados dentro de la nariz usando un sacador o un destornillador ranurado.

MANTENIMIENTO q NO DISPARAR LA HERRAMIENTA CUANDO ESTE VACÍA w UTILIZAR EL REGULADOR DE PRESIÓN DE 3 PIEZAS Si no se utiliza un regulador de presión la humedad y suciedad pasa directamente a la grapadora. Esto provoca oxidación y desgaste y resultados poco favorables. La longitud de la manguera entre el regulador y la grapadora no debe sobrepasar 5 metros ya que una medida mas larga reduce la presión de aire. e UTILIZAR EL ACEITE RECOMENDADO Se debe utilizar aceite turbina para engrasar la herramienta.
