Step 2: The washers and nut should be located on the wagon.Tighten nuts and bolts using phillips screwdriver and crescent wrench. Step 3: Slide rear axle supports (U) onto the axles and attach to wagon tray (P) using bolts (A), flat washer (H), lock washer (J) and hex nuts (K).
Step 4: Connect three pieces of front axle assembly (S+I ) together using carriage bolt (D), flat washer (N), lock washer (O), grooved hex nut (M) and cotter pin (G). Grooved hex nut needs to only be "finger tight", if over tightened the axle assembly will not turn properly. The cotter pin inserted through the carriage bolt will keep hex nut from backing off the bolt. Step 7: Attach the pull handle (R) to the front axle assembly (S) using bolt (C), flat washer (H), lock washer (J), and hex nut (K). Tighten nut and bolt using flat screwdriver and 10mm wrench. Step 8: Attach the wood panels (V&W) to the front, rear and sides of the wagon using bolts (B) and capped hex nuts (L). The wood panels mount to the outside of the wagon tray.
