Power tool use and care 17. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces only, when performing an operation where the cutting tool may contact hidden wiring. Cutting accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock. 12. Always stop tool operation and charge the battery cartridge when you notice less tool power. Never recharge a fully charged battery cartridge.
• • Indicating the remaining battery capacity CAUTION: Always install the battery cartridge fully until the red indicator cannot be seen. If not, it may accidentally fall out of the tool, causing injury to you or someone around you. Do not install the battery cartridge forcibly. If the cartridge does not slide in easily, it is not being inserted correctly. (Only for battery cartridges with "B" at the end of the model number.
• • ASSEMBLY CAUTION: Before installing the battery cartridge into the tool, always check to see that the slide switch actuates properly and returns to the "OFF" position when the rear of the slide switch is depressed. Switch can be locked in "ON" position for ease of operator comfort during extended use. Apply caution when locking tool in "ON" position and maintain firm grasp on tool.

Then apply the wheel point to the workpiece gently. To obtain a good finish, move the tool in the leftward direction slowly. • Insert the top end of slotted bit screwdriver into the notch in the tool and remove the holder cap cover by lifting it up. CAUTION: Apply light pressure on the tool.

El retroceso es el resultado de un mal uso de la herramienta eléctrica o de condiciones o procedimientos de uso incorrectos y se puede evitar tomando las precauciones que se indican a continuación. a) Mantenga una sujeción firme de la herramienta eléctrica y coloque su cuerpo y brazo de manera tal de permitirle resistir las fuerzas de los retrocesos bruscos. (2) Evite guardar el cartucho de batería en un cajón junto con otros objetos metálicos, tales como clavos, monedas, etc. (3) No exponga la batería de cartucho a la lluvia o nieve. Un corto circuito en la batería puede causar un flujo grande de corriente, sobrecalentamiento, posibles quemaduras y aún descomposturas.

La herramienta se detendrá automáticamente durante el funcionamiento si la herramienta y/o la batería se someten a una de las siguientes condiciones: • Sobrecarga: La herramienta se está utilizando de una manera que causa que consuma una cantidad de corriente inusualmente alta.
