™ MiniMacman 1x1 Macintosh MIDI Interface The MiniMacman MIDI Interface allows your Macintosh computer to send and receive MIDI. MiniMacman draws power directly from the computer itself and needs no external supply -- only the connection of the serial cable is required. The included serial cable should be plugged into the Serial In connector on the MiniMacman. The other end of the serial cable should be plugged into either the modem or printer port of your Mac. Either port can be used.

connected to the MiniMacman MIDI In and keys are played, the In LED should blink, indicating that data is being received. Typically, the MiniMacman's MIDI In should be connected to the MIDI Out of your keyboard. The MiniMacman's MIDI Out jack should be connected to of your instrument's MIDI In. If you need to use the serial port into which the MiniMacman is plugged for a printer or a modem you will need to unplug the unit.
