LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
LocknLock is dedicated to producing a trusted brand of culinary products, which are manufactured
and inspected to ensure a high quality. This product is guaranteed to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product.
LocknLock promises the original purchaser to replace any defective item for the lifetime of the
product. If the product is out of production, a product similar value will be substituted.
To inquire about a replacement item, please contact our Consumer Relations team at 1-833-355-
0053 or via our website at Lockandlockus.com. Consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping
the original item to LocknLock for quality inspection. LocknLock covers the cost of the return
shipment to the consumer.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or
normal wear and tear. Scratches, stains, breakage of glass items caused by the consumer and
discoloration are not covered by this guarantee. Incidental or consequential damages are not
covered by this guarantee. This guarantee gives you specific rights and you may have other rights,
which may vary from state to state.
