LCR-II Overview
This manual provides instructions for the initial setup, the calibration, and the operation of LectroCount LCR-II software,
also known as SR260 firmware. The Liquid Controls LectroCount LCR-II is a microprocessor-based electronic meter
register available in a Division 1 or a Division 2 enclosure. Its primary functions consists of configuring the meter
system to the properties of the liquids to be measured, interfacing with the electronic components of the meter system
components (and external components such as pumps, injectors, and shutdown devices), and performing Weights &
Measures approved custody transfer actions.
The LCR-II performs well in mobile and fixed installations. It can control a meter system as a stand-alone unit or used
as a slave to a host controller such as a process controller or an in-cab data management system.
The LectroCount LCR-II features include:
Full Weights & Measures Approvals
Class I, Division 2, Group C, D safety approvals.
NEMA 4X enclosure with hinged display panel featuring single connection latch bolt, Weights & Measures sealable
(2) ¾" and (5) ½" conduit connections
Operation with most flowmeters. LCR-II accepts input from PD, Amplified Turbine, Electromagnetic and Mass
flowmeters.
Multi-Point Calibration for improved meter accuracy over the full flow range
Multiple Product Calibration
Optional Electronic Temperature Volume Compensation (ETVC)
Large character, backlit LCD display
10 digit totalizer
Two control buttons on front panel provide:
"SELECT" for accessing internal menus
"INCREASE" for adjusting internal programmable data
Push button presetting, rate of flow indication, temperature indication, product selection and more.
