MATERIALS

 Lion Brand® Mandala® (Art. #525)

 210 Pegasus 1 ball

 Lion Brand® knitting needles size 8 (5 mm)

 Lion Brand® large-eyed blunt needle

GAUGE

17 sts = about 4 in. (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on

WS).

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

NOTE

Cowl is worked in one piece then sewn together.

COWL

Cast on 60 sts.

Work in St st (k on RS, p on WS) until about 1 yd. (1 m) of yarn remains.

Bind off.

Cut yarn, leaving a long yarn tail.

FINISHING

Thread yarn tail into blunt needle and sew ends of piece together to make a ring.

Weave in yarn ends.
