LINEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ThisLinearproductiswarrantedagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfortwenty-four(24)months.
ThiswarrantyextendsonlytowholesalecustomerswhobuydirectfromLinearorthroughLinear’snormal
distributionchannels.Lineardoesnotwarrantthisproducttoconsumers.Consumersshouldinquire
fromtheirsellingdealerastothenatureofthedealer’swarranty,ifany.Therearenoobligationsor
liabilitiesonthepartofLinearLLCforconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwithuseor
performanceofthisproductorotherindirectdamageswithrespecttolossofproperty,revenue,orprot,
orcostofremoval,installation,orreinstallation.Allimpliedwarranties,includingimpliedwarrantiesfor
merchantabilityandimpliedwarrantiesfortness,arevalidonlyuntilthewarrantyexpires.ThisLinear
LLCWarrantyisinlieuofallotherwarrantiesexpressorimplied.
