TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
If a problem occurs check below to see whether this can be solved.
In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be rectified, please contact a service engineer.
Problem
No lights come on when
the power is turned on.
Check the plug.
Check the electricity.
Call for service.
Plug is not properly inserted into
the socket.
Fuses blown or circuit breaker
tripped.
The electricity from the house was
cut off.
The machine does not
start.
Close the door.
Press the start button.
Door is not fully closed.
The start button is not pressed.
Streaks are left on
glassware.
Fill the rinse-aid.
Adjust the level of
rinse-aid container.
Too little Rinse-Aid dispensed.
Dry results are not
satisfactory.

The spray arms do not
rotate smoothly.
Clean the holes of the

Check the salt
container or cap.
The amount of detergent or rinse-

The salt container is empty.

securely screwed on.
