Problem Solution
While using internet
features, some websites
contain empty spaces.
• The TV's internet supports up to Flash 10 and only plays
files in the following formats :
JPEG, PNG, GIF, WMV (ASF), WMA, MP3, MP4
Internet closes
automatically when
visiting a website.
• The internet may be forced to close if memory is
insufficient for the volume of information on a web page.
I have already signed
up on the TV. Do I need
to sign up again on the
website (www.lgappstv.
com)?
• You can sign in to the website (www.lgappstv.com) using
the ID and password you registered on the TV. Enter
your personal information after signing in with the ID and
password registered on the TV.
Once you complete the email authentication process,
website (www.lgappstv.com) registration is complete.
