Unlocked Screen Locked Screen
To decline a call and divert it to voicemail

If the screen is unlocked, simply touch the Ignore button .

If the screen is locked, slide the Ignore button
to the left.

The caller is sent directly to your voicemail box to leave a message.

To silence the ringer, press the Volume Keys.
Touch the
Answer
button to
answer the
call.
Slide up to
answer the
call.
Drag left to
decline the
call.
Drag right to send
the message.
Touch the
Send msg
button to
send a quick
message
to the caller
and forward
them
to your
voicemail.
Touch the Ignore
button to decline
the call and send
the caller directly
to your voicemail
box to leave a
message.
