Messaging
Retrieving your email
You can automatically or manually check
your account for new email. See Change
your email settings to check automatically.
To check manually:
1 Touch , select Messaging and
then Email.
2 Highlight the account you want to use
then touch .
3 Choose Retrieve and your KF600 will
connect to your email account and retrieve
your new messages.
Sending an email using your
new account
To send/receive an email, you should set up
the email New account.
1 Make a subject and write your message
Press to attach images, videos,
sounds or other fi le types
2 press Send to then enter the
recipients address
3 Touch Send and your email will be sent.
4 Use the tabs and to enter the recipients
address and write your message. Use the
Files tab to attach images, videos, sounds
or other fi le types.
5 Touch Send and your email will be sent.
TIP! You can email Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and PDF documents to your KF600
so you can review them on the move.
Changing your email settings
You can adapt your email settings so that it
works in the way you prefer.
1 Touch , select Messaging and
then Settings.
2 Select Email then Email accounts and
then you can adapt the following settings:
Allow reply email - Choose to allow the
sending of ‘read confi rmation’ messages.
Request reply email - Choose whether
to request ‘read confi rmation’ messages.
Retrieve interval - Choose how often your
KF600 checks for new email messages.
Include message in Fwd. & Reply
- Choose to include the original message
or not.
