Using the advanced settings
From the viewfinder, touch
to open all the advanced settings
options.
Size - Change the size of the photo to
save memory space or take a picture
preset to the correct size for a contact.
Select a pixel value from the seven
numerical options: 5M(2560x1920),
3M(2048x1536), 2M(1600x1200),
1M(1280x960), Homescreen,
VGA(640x480), QVGA(320x240).
Scene mode - Set the camera to
adjust to the environment. Choose
from Auto, Night, Landscape, Portrait
or Sport.
ISO - The ISO rating determines the
sensitivity of the camera’s light sensor.
The higher the ISO, the more sensitive
the camera will be. This is useful in
darker conditions when you can’t use
the flash. Select the ISO value from
Auto, ISO 800, ISO 400, ISO 200 or
ISO 100.
White balance - Choose from Auto,
Incandescent, Fluorescent, Sunny
or Cloudy.
Colour Effect - Choose a colour tone
to apply to the photo you’re taking.
There are six colour tone options:
Off
, Sepia, Monochrome, Negative,
Solarize and Blue.
Focus - Select the way the camera
will focus. Choose from Auto focus,
Manual focus or Face tracking.
Self-timer - The self-timer allows you
to set a delay before the camera takes
the picture, after the capture button is
pressed. Choose from Off
, 3 seconds,
5 seconds or 10 seconds.
Shot mode - Choose the shot mode
from 9 options.
Quality - Choose between Super
fine, Fine and Normal
. The finer the
quality, the sharper a photo will be,
but the file size will increase.
Show captured image - Choose to
view the picture with options after
taking a photo.
Shutter sound - Select one of the
three shutter sounds.
Grid screen - Choose from Off
, Simple
cross
or Trisection.
Geo-Tagging - Choose whether to
switch on the EXIF information for the
photo to write GPS information.
