Thissectionprovidesinstructionsonhowtoreplacetheharddiskdrive.
Toreplacetheharddiskdrive,dothefollowing:
1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandthecomputer.Then,disconnect
allpowercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtothecomputer.
2.Openthecomputercover.See“Openingthecomputercover”onpage72.
3.Disconnectthepowercablefromtheopticaldriverst.
4.Pressinwardonthesidetabsoftheharddiskdrivebracket.Placeyourngeronthetablocated
onthefrontoftheharddiskdrivebracketandthenpivottheharddiskdriveupwardtoremoveit
fromtheharddiskdrivebay.
