drive.Therecoverysessionbegins.Therecoverysessionwilltaketwotothreeminutes.Duringthis
time,youwillhearaseriesofbeeps.
9.Aftertherecoverysessioniscompleted,theseriesofbeepswillend,andthesystemwillautomatically
turnoff.Removethediscfromtheopticaldrivebeforethesystemcompletelyturnsoff.

ofthecomputerandthesettingforAdvancedPowerManagement(APM)BIOSmodeisignored.Not
alloperatingsystemssupportACPIBIOSmode.
AutomaticPower-Onfeatures
TheAutomaticPower-OnfeatureswithinthePowerManagementmenuallowyoutoenableanddisable
featuresthatturnonthecomputerautomatically.
RTCresume:Youcanspecifyadateandtimeatwhichthecomputerwillbeturnedonautomatically.
Thiscanbeeitherasingleeventoradailyevent.
WakeonLAN:Ifthecomputerhasaproperlyconguredtoken-ringorEthernetLANadaptercardthatis
WakeonLAN-enabledandthereisremotenetworkmanagementsoftware,youcanusetheWakeonLAN
feature.WhenyousetWakeonLANtoEnabled,thecomputerwillturnonwhenitreceivesaspecic
signalfromanothercomputeronthelocalareanetwork(LAN).
