Tocreate,add,ordeleteaRAIDarrayusingtheLSISoftwareRAIDCongurationUtilityprogram,dothe
following:
1.StarttheLSISoftwareRAIDCongurationUtilityprogram.See“StartingtheLSISoftwareRAID
CongurationUtilityprogram”onpage74.
2.Onthemaininterfaceoftheprogram,dooneofthefollowingdependingonyourneeds:
•IfyouwanttocreateaRAIDarray,selectEasyCongurationandthenfollowtheinstructionson
thescreen.
•IfyouwanttoaddasecondaryRAIDconguration,selectView/AddCongurationandthenfollow
theinstructionsonthescreentoviewthecurrentcongurationandaddanewconguration.
•IfyouwanttodeletetheexistingRAIDconguration,exittheprogramandbackupallyourdataon
theharddiskdrives.Afterbackingupallyourdata,entertheprogrammaininterfaceandselectClear
Conguration.SelectYeswhenpromptedandfollowtheinstructionsonthescreen.
