ServiceDealer.Thedealerwilldiagnosetheproblemanddetermine
ifitiscoveredunderwarranty.

maintenance,whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.

Thereisnootherexpresswarrantyexceptforspecialemissionsystem
coverageandenginewarrantycoverageonsomeproducts.Thisexpress
warrantydoesnotcoverthefollowing:
•Costofregularmaintenanceserviceorparts,suchaslters,fuel,
lubricants,oilchanges,sparkplugs,airltersbladesharpening
orwornblades,cable/linkageadjustments,orbrakeandclutch
adjustments
•Componentsfailingduetonormalwear
•Anyproductorpartwhichhasbeenalteredormisusedorneglected
andrequiresreplacementorrepairduetoaccidentsorlackofproper
maintenance
•Pickupanddeliverycharges
•RepairsorattemptedrepairsbyanyoneotherthananAuthorized

unnecessaryvisittoanAuthorizedLawn-BoyServiceDealer.
GeneralConditions
Allrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyan
AuthorizedLawn-BoyServiceDealerusingLawn-Boy-approved
replacementparts.RepairbyanAuthorizedLawn-BoyServiceDealeris
yoursoleremedyunderthiswarranty.
Lawn-BoyInc.norLawn-BoyWarrantyCompanyisliableforindirect,
incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththeuseof
theLawn-BoyProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includingany
costorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduring
reasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionof
repairsunderthesewarranties.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,sotheaboveexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
