Time mode
In time mode, you see the current time
and date. The GPS function is deactivated
in order to save power; a battery pack
charge lasts for approx. one year.
To access the time mode:
− If necessary, tap the MODE key

Workout mode with GPS
In workout mode, you can perform a sport and the GPS
watch will automatically measure the distance and heart
rate. From this data and the values you provided for
gender and weight, the GPS watch will also determine
the calories burned.
After your workout, the GPS watch will save all relevant
data and you can view this data on your GPS watch
or transfer it to the Crane Connect app on your smart-
phone/tablet for further analysis. If the Internet connection
on your smartphone is active, the Crane Connect app
will automatically upload all workout data to the website
www.cranesportsconnect.com for permanent storage
after your workout.
The preprogrammed sports “Running”, “Cycling” and
“Hiking” as well as profiles 1 and 2 differ with respect to
the values displayed: Whilst cycling, speed is of interest
