Application
UNITRONIC

LiYCY is a flexible, screened cable for fixed installation and flexible use, but not for high flexible
applications in power chains and permanently moved machines. The screen is a protection against electrical
interference.
UNITRONIC

LiYCY cables are for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, but not outside.
Design and electrical characteristics acc. to VDE 0812.

Conductor fine-wire strands of bare copper wire; 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm² , 7-wired for 0.34 mm²
Insulation PVC compound YI2 in acc. with VDE 0207 part 4
Coding to DIN 47100
Stranding cores twisted in layers, wrapping by plastic foil
Screening braid of tinned copper, coverage approx. 85 %
Sheath PVC compound TM2 in acc. to VDE 0207 part 5, grey
