IMPORTANT SAFETY TIPS Never point the high-pressure nozzle at people or animals. Avoid consuming alcohol or using drugs while operating the pressure cleaner. Do not operate the pressure cleaner while standing in water. Never touch the electrical plug with wet hands. Ensure electrical connections do not rest in water. Do not operate the pressure cleaner without the water supply turned on. Refrain from using hot water with this pressure cleaner.
Never direct the jet at yourself or others to clean clothing or footwear. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before performing any user maintenance. High-pressure cleaners should not be operated by children or untrained individuals. For continued safety of the machine, use only original spare parts from the manufacturer or those approved by the manufacturer.
Ensure the work area has adequate drainage to prevent accidents on slippery surfaces. Adhere to the maintenance instructions provided in the manual. To minimize the risk of electrocution, keep all connections dry and off the ground. Do not touch the plug with wet hands. Be informed about the nozzle in use, understanding the potential kickback force and sudden torque when activating the trigger gun.

SERVICING OF A DOUBLE-INSULATED APPLIANCE In a double-insulated product, two layers of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No means of grounding is provided with a double-insulated product, nor should grounding be added. Servicing such a product requires extreme care and an understanding of the system, and should be undertaken only by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated product must be identical to those they replace.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Unpacking the Carton After opening the carton, please remove all parts and check them against the following list of components that are included: 1. Mark: 305-1200(1400)A is supplied without wheels; 305-1200(1400)A/B features a short handle, while 305-1200(1400)C has a long handle. The machine is always equipped with a handle for transportation. Step 1 A. Insert the extension wand (7) into the gun (8).
B. Insert the spray adjustable nozzle (6) or the turbo lance (13) into the extension wand (7). As it is a quick-connect type, you need to push it onto the extension wand (7) forcefully until it is hand-tight to lock it in place. When the pieces are properly joined, you cannot separate the two components by pulling straight out on the extension wand (7). Insert the Turbo nozzle in the same manner, based on which attachment is most suitable for the surface you are cleaning.
Step 3 Install the Gun Holder: For models B/C: Install the wheel and attach the accessories holder to the main body as illustrated in the figure below. The screws are included with the manual; please ensure you locate them during unpacking. Step 4 Attach the high-pressure hose to the pressure cleaner's water outlet. Insert it and ensure it is securely quick-connected to prevent leakage. When the pieces are correctly assembled, they cannot be separated by pulling straight out from the water outlet.
Step 6 Insert the detergent nozzle (4) into the gun (8). Push and turn the detergent nozzle (4) clockwise onto the gun (8) until it is hand-tight to secure it in place. When the components are correctly assembled, they cannot be separated by pulling straight out from the gun (8). 8 4 Step 7 Attach the hose connector to the pressure washer. Before doing so, remove the plastic cap placed on the pressure washer's male fitting during shipping.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: THIS UNIT IS INTENDED TO BE USED WITH COLD WATER ONLY! DO NOT USE HOT WATER IN THIS PRESSURE CLEANER! WARNING: The high-pressure hose must not be looped.. WARNING - DANGER! Ensure that the appliance is positioned on a firm, stable surface during operation Starting Up Warning: ALWAYS turn off the unit's motor BEFORE turning off the unit's water supply. Serious damage could occur to the motor if the unit runs without water. 1. Turn on the water supply tap fully. 2.
Caution: Never disconnect the high-pressure discharge hose from the machine while the system is still pressurized. To depressurize the unit, turn off the motor, turn off the water supply, and squeeze the trigger 2-3 times. INFORMATION FOR USAGE 1. Safety valve and/or pressure limiting valve WARNING-DANGER! Do not tamper with or adjust the safety valve setting. The safety valve also serves as a pressure limiting valve.
The use of detergents can significantly reduce cleaning time and assist in removing stubborn stains. Some detergents are specially designed for pressure washer use on specific cleaning tasks. These detergents are typically as thin as water. Using thicker detergents, such as dish soap, can clog the chemical injection system and prevent proper detergent application. The cleaning power of detergents comes from applying them to a surface and allowing the chemicals time to break down dirt and grime.
Fig.6 Fig.7 Warning: High pressure jets can be dangerous if subject to misuse. The jet must not be directed at persons, live electrical equipment or the appliance itself. Do not direct the jet against yourself or others in order to clean clothes or foot-wear. 4. Turbo Lance When using the pressure washer to clean wood decks, siding, vehicles, etc., always begin spraying from a minimum distance of 36 inches to avoid damaging the surface of the material you are cleaning.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE When finished using the pressure cleaner, follow these steps to shut down the unit: Turn the pressure cleaner to the OFF position, Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Turn off the water supply. Before disconnecting high-pressure hose connection, point the gun in a safe direction and discharge the high-pressure water. Disconnect high-pressure hose from the pressure cleaner and gun. Disconnect garden hose from the pressure cleaner.
CLEANING TIPS WARNING: ALWAYS TEST THE SPRAY IN AN AREA FREE AND CLEAR OF PEOPLE AND OBJECTS BEFORE SPRAYING THE INTENDED CLEANING SURFACE. Wood and Vinyl Decks: 1. Rinse the deck and the surrounding area with fresh water. If using detergent, fill the detergent reservoir and apply it to the area being cleaned at low pressure. 2. For optimal results, work in smaller sections, cleaning each one at a time. Allow the detergent to sit on the surface for a few minutes, then rinse at high pressure.
