INSTRUCTIONS FOR KLEEN KOTE 111 RELEASE AGENT & EQUIPMENT PROTECTION
Shake lightly before use. Safe for use on all surfaces. Application to glass may cause streaking. Remove with
window cleaner. Do NOT allow product to freeze. Do NOT mix with other chemicals.
SURFACE/EQUIPMENT PREPARATION
Clean all application equipment. Remove all other release agents, form releases or chemicals from
application equipment and surfaces before applying KLEEN KOTE.
APPLICATION
KLEEN KOTE may be applied any time. Spray the surface to be treated. After application, allow product
to go from white to clear (5 to 20 minutes) before using. KLEEN KOTE CANNOT BE APPLIED IN RAIN,
however, if KLEEN KOTE has changed from white to clear, it will not rinse off in the rain. For severe
conditions or heavy buildup, apply a 2nd coat. KLEEN KOTE may be applied to the cab, wheels and
undercarriage of vehicles to prevent mud, snow, salt and debris from sticking and to prevent corrosion.
FOR CONCRETE
When concrete has set, strip forms as normal and repeat the process. On previously used forms, allow
3-4 uses before total benefits are achieved.
CLEANING
Clean protected equipment as needed. If soaps, detergents or other chemicals are used to clean, rinse all
away before reapplying KLEEN KOTE--residues will cause KLEEN KOTE to be ineffective. Reapply KLEEN
KOTE after use or cleaning. Reapply as needed for corrosion protection.

DO NOT HANDLE UNTIL ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS HAVE BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD.
USE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AS REQUIRED. WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES/CLOTHING/EYE
PROTECTION. AVOID BREATHING DUST/FUMES/MIST/VAPORS/SPRAY/AEROSOL. WASH HANDS
THOROUGHLY AFTER HANDLING. KEEP CONTAINER TIGHTLY CLOSED. DO NOT EAT, DRINK OR SMOKE
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT.
PLEASE KEEP THIS AND ALL CHEMICALS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. USE THIS PRODUCT ONLY
AS DIRECTED. NON-STICK PRODUCT MAY CAUSE SLICKNESS ON VEHICLE CONTROLS AND SMOOTH
SURFACES. AVOID SPRAYING ON THE BRAKING SURFACES WHERE SLICKNESS MAY CAUSE LOSS OF
CONTROL.
FIRST AID PROCEDURES
IF EYE CONTACT OCCURS, IMMEDIATELY FLUSH WITH WATER. IF SWALLOWED, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING.
