Best Practice:
• The optimum viewing
distance between your face
and the monitor is about
an arm’s length (25-75cm /
12-30”)
• The top of the viewable area
of the display should be at
your eye level and the screen
should be angled upward
towards you
• Ensure that your monitor is
able to tilt and swivel
• The image on screen should
be flicker-free and free from
glare and reflections
