Should you desire to change the language selection, immediately press the Select Button corresponding
to the language you desire - English, Portuguese, Spanish, or French. This screen will disappear
quickly if you do not select a different language, and the currently selected language will remain
unchanged. If the screen disappears before you have an opportunity to select a different language,
turn the LH-2 off, wait for a few seconds, and then power the LH-2 on again to begin the screen
sequence for selecting languages.
Once you have selected a language, you can use the LDS Hymn Book in that language for selecting
hymns by title or number. The selected language will be memorized by the LH-2 and will be shown
as the selected language on the Language Selection Screen the next time the LH-2 is turned on.
Playing the LH-2
Once the Language Selection Screen disappears, the Sound Selection Screen will appear in the
display indicating that the ORGAN 3 Sound (Medium Ensemble) is active. The red light on the
ORGAN 3 Button should also be lit to indicate that the ORGAN 3 Sound is selected. ORGAN 3 is
always the default sound at power up.
Play any key or chord and adjust the volume slider upward or downward to a comfortable listening
level. The Organ Expression Pedal can also be used to raise the volume as desired.
Selecting Languages
When the LH-2 is powered on, the Display Screen in the center of the front panel will move through
two introductory screens. After these screens disappear, the Language Selection Screen will indicate
what language is currently selected.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the LH-2 cannot be raised to an appropriate volume level for organ
sounds using the Volume Slider, always try using the Organ Expression Pedal to raise the volume to
the desired listening level. The Organ Expression Pedal does not affect piano sounds.
