Troubleshooting connecting JOOWIN extender
Q1. Why can’t pick up the JOOWIN_2 G” or “JOOWIN_5 G on my devise?
A1. Please make sure the all lights will turn into solid blue and there is not led Flashing.
A2. Please make sure when using the your device to set up, standing less than 1 meter
between your device and the repeater.
Q2. Why can’t I access the IP address: 192.168.10.1?
A1. When you enter the IP, please confirm that you have connecting to the Wi-Fi
“JOOWIN_2 G” or “JOOWIN_5 G” ,Otherwise it cannot access the IP.
(Most of the time the 192.168.10.1 will pop up once you connect to the Wi-Fi
“JOOWIN_2 G” or “JOOWIN_5 G”,If not,please enter the IP on the browser)
A2. Please Reset it first: Press the WPS button of the extender for about 10 seconds.
When the indicator on the extender goes out, flashes and stays on again, you can
restart the setting.
A3. You can try to delete cookies, or change your browser and try again.
Q3. Why it shows my password is wrong when enter the password on
Pre-Shared Key ?
A1. Please note that the extender wifi password should be the same as your original
wifi password.
A2. Make sure your router password must be 8-32 characters.
A3. Make sure your password have not the special character.And we would suggest you
to paste the password on it to avoid spelling mistakes.
